Personal Training

Optimal Health Personal Training is a service providing effective exercise plans catered to the individual’s needs. With knowledge in exercise science, nutrition, health screening and fitness assessment, Optimal Health is trained to help you do more than simply work out; Personal Training provides instruction, motivation and guidance. It is also a great treatment to help rehabilitation from injury and certain diseases.

At Optimal Health, step-by-step and specific programs are designed for all clients. It may be someone who has never exercised before; and are intending to work into fitness gradually (without injury), or regular exercisers who need direction.

Athletes use Personal Trainers to assist them with sport specific programs, as do non-athletic participants who want to continue making gains beyond their training plateau. In each program, upper-body and lower-body strength training and stretching are used as well as aerobic and core stability exercises. Each client is taught the correct way to perform exercises and how to use various kinds of fitness equipment.

Regular physical exercise, complimented by the support and assistance at Optimal Health has many benefits, such as:

Measurements may be taken regularly to chart individual progress including weight, percentage of body fat and other body measurements, cardiovascular improvements and levels of muscle strength, flexibility and endurance.
